Well folks, for the first time in forever and a day it seems I have the flu. And it blows let me tell ya. I am also about to go bonkers on Rayanne at home... it seems that every waking moment I have should be spent with her if Im not at school, and even if im supposed to go to school... I shoudl stay with her instead. Its cause of the new infant we got. God that kid is adorible, she's 8 days old today and so friggin cute I can barely stand it.
Kenny and I went to san francisco yesterday. We got some cool pictures of blue 50 cent ninja with things. I really do love that city. Im going to live there one day I swear. Anyhoo, Im going to go drink some more cough and cold stuff, followed by some chloraseptic and I should be good, or something along those lines. See you all when Im coherent again-- the kitty--

Nathan and I got waffles Sunday morning after spending like 3 hours crashed watching family guy. On the way home, we listened to these guys called Rise against. good band. Very good band, here's my new themesong for the time being:
Swing Life Away- Rise Against
Am I loud and clear, or am I breaking up?
Am I still your charm, or am I just bad luck?
Are we getting closer, or are we just getting more lost?

I'll show you mine if you show me yours first
Let's compare scars, I'll tell you whose is worse
Let's unwrite these pages and replace them with our own words

We live on front porches and swing life away,
We get by just fine here on minimum wage
If love is a labor I'll slave till the end,
I won't cross these streets until you hold my hand

I've been here so long, I think that it's time to move
The winter's so cold, summer's over too soon
Let's pack our bags and settle down where palm trees grow

I've got some friends, some that I hardly know
But we've had some times, I wouldn't trade for the world
We chase these days down with talks of the places that we will go

We live on front porches and swing life away,
We get by just fine here on minimum wage
If love is a labor I'll slave till the end,
I won't cross these streets until you hold my hand....until you hold my hand

I'll show you mine if you show me yours first
Let's compare scars, I'll tell you whose is worse
Let's unwrite these pages and replace them with our own words

We live on front porches and swing life away,
We get by just fine here on minimum wage
If love is a labor I'll slave till the end,
I won't cross these streets until you hold my hand

Swing life away [x4]

"you know lacey? i've always secretly envied you. you live such a full life full of adventure, and excitement, alcohol, fire, and boys."
David: have I got a story for you:

Mark time, 8:31 PM... Joe and I set off for what is the first big party of the semester, thrown by Rex and Eddie. With promises of Jungle Juice and a chance to spin fire and play midnihgt soccer I set off. I notice a saturn following me on the drive to Murpheys, more on him later. As we go up the Camp 9 bypass, we notice a truck passing us, telling us the cops have already started a roadblock. So the two of us pull over and introduce ourselves, and this is where things start going crazy. We flag down a LAncer heading to the party as well.. and decide collectively that its a good idea to press forward in the direction of the party. We do. We get shuffled to another side road by the police and regroup. Enter Holly and the Ford Focus full of 4 giggly girls and Aaron, not looking amused. We are all hanging out and deciding on a course of action when we see a saturn get turned away.. then 5 minutes later come back and join us. We call the party. Rex tells us that there is an easier way to get there... take Italian Bar to 3N15 and it will drop you onto Camp 9 road. The 5 cars of us decide this is a good course of action. I get to lead the caravan with a Joey riding bitch. It was cool... everyone was having a blast. We get out Italian bar fine.. except that scary trailer park place which we locked the doors. 13 kids. 5 cars. 6 hours. A night of memories.
We get to a left offshoot that next to a sign that points to twain harte and columbia. We take the offshoot after Jess stops to pee. We trek onward, till we come to the 4 wayz(or what we assume is). We call... no answer. We take the best road, go about a mile down, turn around cause holly called and it was supposed to be the far far left... only problem is the 4 wheel drive truck barely made that.so we decide they're drunk and trek onward, going up this nasty hill that almost ate the truck, but my prelude rocked on, still 5 cars deep. Holly takes a left and it takes us to this hippy camp. We leave. Then onward and upward till we reach the end of 3n15... not at the party, but at a fire tower somewhere near bighill. Not even across the river. Its about 1 am now... 2 hours into the journey. The focus takes off. The pack is down to four.
The Lancer speeds ahead and tells us they know another road we "havent" tried. We turn back once again and listen to them. We trek back, only to find ourselves at the hippy camp. There were no lights on upon our arrival. Then we turn around. ONly problem: the prelude decides to have a brainfart and the battery dies. LAME! **que creepy music here** The hippys started converging on us. OUt of the mists and shit. There was a car load of them, and then others from NOWHERE! I hid in the saturn. they were scary. Thanks to Tony the car started, and all was well. We treked back out, leaving the lancer behind at its own free will, and then turned left at the "to twain harte" sign at the beginning of the journey. Its 2 am now... we went through JUPITER at 2 am... its a wonder were alive. we finally find the right road... and its BLOCKED! yep, thats right... all that gas and galavanting and the right road is blocked. We turn back, trek all the way out i-bar and to the party. We arrive, at approximately 3:30 with 5 of the 13 we started out with. IT was a blast. We sat around the fire and roasted marshmallows and snag and talked and just had fun. Lots of fun. Nathan(boy in the saturn) was nice enough to let me use him as a space heater. We watched the sun rise. I cant say I'll ever forget it. It was too much fun and memories... just trekking, 13 people in the name of partying into the night who had never really before met. And now we're the clan. CLAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that was friday--->saturday. MOstly I slept saturday day and then went to dennys and then to Nathans to hang out.
Oh and Hi mom if you read this. Comment please!
** and so I leave you now... see you all on the flipside.**
